Accommodation Terms and Conditions

The Accommodation Managers aim to negotiate very flexible terms and conditions for delegates. The following terms and conditions would apply to hotels featured:

  • 1 night’s deposit to guarantee reservation

  • 1 night’s cancellation fee from 30 days

  • No charges for amendments to bookings

  • Delegates able to book accommodation up until 15 days prior to the event

After 24 August 2023, delegates contact the accommodation directly to arrange available bookings. Please note that prices with the accommodation directly will vary.
